I used to go the grocery store with no plan whatsoever. I would wander up and down through the rows, impulsively picking out anything that happened to strike my fancy. This not only ended in purchasing food that did not make any actual meals but also led to produce going to waste, which is neither financially or ecologically savvy.

No more. I found a beautiful meal planner at The Project Girl that I am using to make my weekly meal planning list. I pick meals for each day of the week, make my grocery list from that, place it on the fridge, and done! No more scrambling at 6:00 pm to make dinner. No more wasting money on food that sits in my cabinet or gets thrown away. Brilliant.
