With Thanksgiving two days away, I wanted to share a few simple ways to green the holiday that leaves everyone feeling stuffed and tired!

  • Don’t cook more food than you can eat!
  • Buy your ingredients from the local farmer’s market if possible. Visit Local Harvest to find the closest one to you.
  • Use real dishes. Styrofoam never goes away, so although it may be tempting, it’s better to use regular dishes.
  • Eat your leftovers!
